- a concise Condition Survey Report (Level 2 - 5-7 pages) identifying significant/minor defects & repairs
or
- a more detailed Building Survey Report (Level 3 - 15-20 pages) identifying significant/minor defects & repairs in more detail

Building Defect Analysis
We provide defect analysis of all common defects including dampness, wet rot, dry rot, woodworm infestation, condensation, mould, plumbing & drainage leaks, subsidence, cracks and structural movement.
Party Wall Surveying
We provide a full Party Wall Surveying service from appointment through to preparing a Party Wall Award which sets out the rights and duties of both parties, including a detailed photographic schedule of condition of your property prior to commencement of the works.
